Payments Policy

TravelZiel Siam Co., Ltd. operates as a B2B Destination Management Company (DMC) providing travel services exclusively to travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:
  • Bank transfer (Thailand & International)
  • Wire transfer (SWIFT)
  • Other methods as mutually agreed in writing
  • All payments must be made in the currency mentioned on the confirmed invoice

Payment Terms

  • A deposit or advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
  • The balance payment must be settled before the commencement of services, as specified in the invoice or service confirmation.
  • Failure to make payments within the agreed timeline may result in automatic cancellation of services without liability on TravelZiel Siam

Taxes & Charges

  • All prices are subject to applicable Thai government taxes, service charges, or local fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Bank charges, remittance fees, or intermediary charges are to be borne by the payer.

Late Payments

TravelZiel Siam reserves the right to:
  • Suspend services
  • Withhold vouchers
  • Cancel bookings in case of delayed or non-payment.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services offered by TravelZiel Siam are customized and arranged on request. Therefore, cancellation and refund terms vary depending on suppliers, destination, seasonality, and service type.

Cancellations by Client

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation charges will be applied based on:
  • Supplier policies (hotels, transport, cruises, guides, etc.)
  • Time of cancellation prior to service date
  • Some services may be non-refundable once confirmed.
Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after confirmation from suppliers.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30–45 working days, depending on banking channels.

Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment wherever possible.

Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and administrative costs are non-refundable.

No-Show & Early Termination

No refunds will be provided for:
  • No-shows
  • Unused services
  • Early departures
  • Changes requested after service commencement
Cancellations by TravelZiel Siam

In rare cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, safety concerns), TravelZiel Siam reserves the right to cancel or modify services. In such cases, we will assist with alternative arrangements or refunds subject to supplier terms.
